Waterford Homecrafts kicks off the August bank holiday weekend with their annual Summer Craft Fair in the Fishermans Hall, Dunmore East. This event will take place on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd August starting at 10:00 am to 5.30 pm both days and admission is Free.
The craft fair will feature quality and unique products, handmade locally by some of the 40 members of the Waterford Homecrafts Co-op. From dipped and hand carved candles to hand blown glass jewellery, hand sewn home textiles to acrylic paintings of local scenery, and quirky ceramics to hand woven baskets; there promises to be something special to suit everyone’s budget.
Dunmore East is a little gem of a fishing village perched on the cliff edge, and with the beautiful beaches, picturesque walks, Waterford Homecrafts Craft Fair in the historic Fisherman’s Hall and many restaurants, there is something to entertain the whole family this weekend.
Come and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Dunmore East this bank holiday weekend. Indulge in some of the delicious handmade chocolates at the craft fair, or treat someone special to a beautiful necklace, because they deserve it.
