The 31st Waterford Homecrafts Christmas Craft Fair in the Garter Lane Arts Centre opens it’s doors at 10 am on Friday the 28th of November. The room will be filled with a wonderful selection of craft items, some you can eat, some you can wear and all that you can admire. There will be something for everyone and much more.
On Sunday the 30th of November we will officially open the craft fair with a fan fair. The proceedings will start at 3 pm and hosted by local RTE news reporter and author, Damien Tiernan. The Bealtaine Choir will provide the musical entertainment with an array of festive songs that promise to be a wonderful treat. All followed by some light refreshments of tea, coffee and wine; along with homemade delicious Christmas cake made by Ita Dalton.
Not only does the official opening give customers the opportunity to peruse all the new crafts available for sale this year but also to meet some of the craft people and learn more about their crafts.
